Amanda Balionis
Alexandra Leigh LaForce, born December 11 1988, is an American journalist as well as a model and beauty pageant winner. She reports on NBA games on TNT as reporter for Turner Sports. She was previously the principal reporter for SEC college basketball games as well as an on-court reporter at college basketball games. Also, she hosts We Need to Talk on CBS Sports Network. LaForce has worked as a sports reporter at WJW at Cleveland, Ohio, an FOX affiliate. In 2011, she was awarded an Emmy as anchor of FOX8's Friday Night Touchdown football high-school program. Her title was Miss Teen USA in 2005. She played basketball at Ohio University. LaForce's pageantry began when she was named Miss Ohio Teen USA in 2005. The title was awarded to her in her first try that was in September of 2004. LaForce took part as the representative for Ohio participated in the Miss Teen USA pageant 2005 took place in Baton Rouge on August 8 in 2005. LaForce took home her Miss Teen USA 2005 title after competing in three competitions including evening wear, swimsuit as well as a final interview. Shelley Hennig, from Louisiana succeeds her. Her mother, LaForce (n e Rummell), was Miss Ohio USA 1977. LaForce (nee Rummell), was Miss Ohio USA 1977. A scholarship was given to The School for Film and Television, New York City. Additionally, she was awarded the opportunity to model for a calendar year with Trump Modeling Management. The model was also asked to be a part of the NBC soap opera Passions. LaForce made appearances in different areas of the United States to promote awareness about alcohol and substance abuse in addition to completing her higher education at the high school in Ohio.
